Amy started shooting in New York in 2018, mostly family, maternity and children sessions, and she never really stopped. Today she lives in Bel Air, Maryland and works with families, couples and small businesses across Baltimore, Harford County and the DMV, with travel back to NYC when a project calls for it.
Somewhere along the way the second job showed up: creative direction. Businesses kept asking for photos, then asking what to do with them. So she built a process for it. Every content day starts with a discovery questionnaire, becomes a blueprint with concepts, scripts and a shot list, and ends with a directed shoot day where nothing is left to chance. Her clients include Living The Shift, Santangelo Family Chiropractic, Noted. Virtual Assistant and TEOS.
The direction part is not a title, it is what happens on set. She guides posing through every session, keeps the day on schedule, and shoots from a plan instead of improvising one. That is true whether the subject is a chiropractor's practice, a virtual assistant's launch, or a family of four at a park in Harford County.
Create With Amy is a woman owned business, and Amy is one of the founders of the Colado Latino Network. Her line, and she means it: for woman owned businesses, by a woman owned business.
